If we want to experiment other ways: all right, but let's not call it Italian pasta.<BR/>I respect the writer's concern about saving energy. <BR/>Coming from a poor Italian family, where everything got saved and recycled, I have a suggestion: pour the hot water in a large container and keep it for washing up.
